On dec 30th in a Rajasthan tour, UMA TRAVELS and Tourism holiday..based in New Delhi, booked this hotel with an unimaginable vue on fort!! Finally it's guest house not for a family, not hot water in a very cold winter. You have to wait many hours to get it, then no proper restaurant, bad breakfast...very bad!!!! I don't advise people for vacation. And the best when the owner told me at my departure time that the room was at ₹ 7.500 !!!! Booking and Agoda : 3000... So be very careful, I don't recommend UMA TRAVELS especially New Delhi office, their main branch in Lucknow...

This is an very good hotel with fort view it was beautiful and good and I would recommend this hotel in Jaislemer it is a very good only they have to improve television channels were not working but it was working a little then it gets very black. Thank you

Positive: Decent Stay and personalized service, Owner is friendly and the staff is well behaved. Food quality is paletable. Location wise it's very near to Fort and situated in the market. Rooms were OK from cleaning perspective and the non-fort side rooms had ventilation issues however on request and on availablity of other room..Care taker Mr. Rajendra Singh ji shifted us in another room. Negative: 1. Availablity for driver stay is not guaranteed. 2. Generally, food for driver is included but it wasn't in Vrinda Palace. 3. Washrooms were missing, exhaust fan.

Staying in this hotel for 7 days. Hotel location is city centre. You can reach everywhere by 5 min walk. Rooms are very well managed and big. Room service is fantastic. You can plan your all site seeing with hotel onwer Mr Varun.

Dec 28 breakfast: Once you reach the top floor for the restaurant, the view of the fort would make any ordinary breakfast, a good one. There are different types of parathas - which were good. The egg burji was a let down.
